The team did a phenomenal job with my end of tenancy clean. They literally cleaned every corner of my flat, including all those impossible to access places. We hired Better Call Moe for our end of tenancy clean. The clean itself went very well: a team of cleaners arrived on time and instantly got to work to clean every corner and detail of our two bedroom flat. However, at the check out the landlord had an issue with the carpets, which they claimed had not been properly cleaned (due to a malfunction with the steamer). So we called Better Call Moe and they instantly offered to rectify the issue by picking up the keys to the flat themselves and re-cleaning the carpets free of charge. Unfortunately, our landlord did not allow recalls, so the team at Better Call Moe went above and beyond to contact our landlord for us and ensure that we would not be held liable for the carpets and succeeded to clean the flat again, thereby solving any issues there may have been. Moe himself helped us solve this mistake and truly took this endeavour to heart! As foreign tenants, we were impressed by this level of dedication. This was all taken care of in the span of an hour, so needless to say that the team was extremely responsive and they routinely updated us on the situation with our landlord, demonstrating an exemplary professionalism. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this company which truly lives up to its motto.

This is fourth time I have used Better Call Moe for an end of tenancy clean and the entire experience was excellent. We asked for the same cleaning team who did our previous clean but we were told that the team leader was on maternity leave. Another Fantastic After Builders Clean by the Better Call Moe team. 8 Flats and communal parts expertly cleaned post building works, including window cleaning up to the 3rd floor using Reach and Wash. All 8 flats cleaned in one day to a high professional standard, which led to us renting the flats quickly and without complaint by the incoming tenants. They came back to do the communal parts due to a carpet install delay and needless to say, left the whole building spotless. Moe is your Man! Moe and his Team completed an End-of-Tenancy clean for us in August 2020. During a stressful time of trying to move countries during the Covid Crisis, I was able to have a video chat with Moe and walk him through the house using my mobile. Moe worked with us patiently and quickly to set a cleaning date and confirm tasks needing to be accomplished. When all the cleaning was done, we had an email with extensive before & after pictures, and a reassurance that if I wasn't happy with a task, they would go back and re-clean that area. I came across this company in January 2019 and was in dialogue with Moe, the company owner, regarding a builders cleans that would be required at my boss’ home. Building works took significantly longer than we originally anticipated and we finally instructed the BCM team over twelve months later in March 2021 as we were so impressed with our original dialogue with Moe. Dare I say, it was the best decision I made and from start to finish the service was of an extremely high standard. As this was a 5 bedroom property, we were advised that a site inspection would be required. Moe communicated everything that would be required and gave me a thorough breakdown of the works that would be undertaken. My client made an explicit request that she wanted her wardrobes emptied, cleaned and returned to its original position. Moe was more than happy to take on the challenge and his cleaning team of five polite and courteous cleaners worked tirelessly to clean the property to a showroom finish. Communication from booking to the end product was first rate. We received over 500 before and after images of absolutely everything that was cleaned throughout the house which I passed on to my boss and his wife and they were very impressed indeed. We are about to finalise painting works in the house and have asked the exact same team to clean the premises. First class service with a genuine need to please its customers. Highly recommended.

The flat we wanted to move into was really filthy and so we called Moe late on a Friday evening. The team arrived at 08.00 the next morning (Saturday) and worked incredibly hard all morning.
