I have booked an end of tenancy cleaning plus upholstery cleaning service. The cleaning price was offered with 15% discount. The property was very luxurious and their team was very careful, they took their time to complete the service to the required cleaning standards. I got no problems with the inventory check out and I am currently awaiting to get my deposit back. Despite that my apartment looked clean, the cleaners were obviously professional and spent good few hours ( team of 3) to complete everything. They moved light furniture like chairs, dining table, ottoman bed, bed side table etc so they can get and clean out of reach areas. They even get rid of accumulated limescale inside toilet bowl and around chrome fixtures. I highly recommend this company to everyone. They seem to be professional from start to finish. Communication was top notch. I had to reschedule initial booking ( they did not charge me for that), unlike other cleaning companies in London, CCL Cleaners didn't require a deposit( prepayment) for the job, which was really nice. This speaks volumes about the way they conducting and retaining customer. Well Done!
