My experience with Cheap end of tenancy cleaning London was great. The booking team was extremely responsive and helpful when going through my specific requirements. I have requested a deep cleaning service for our new home before we moved in from overseas. Their technicians were on time, very professional and polite people who worked with deep attention to details. Cost was also reasonable with a wonderful service result at the end. I would definitely recommend these guys and their services.

I hired Top Cleaning GB for a period of 6 months on a full-time basis at a large and complex super high-end residential building called Belgravia Gate, where apartments went up for sale for up to £60m and had “Yacht standards”. I can only sincerely thank Mira and her Team for the great care, commitment and professionalism they showed during their employment. This is by far the best Cleaning Company I have used in my extensive career in managing high end buildings. Mira is an excellent person to work with, reliable and conscientious, a person of high integrity and wholly trustworthy. Her Team is friendly, dedicated, efficient, the attention to detail is wonderful, without disrupting design or delicate items. They are careful with furniture, rugs, wooden floors and marble while cleaning and polishing them. Mira’s communication with the Client is the best and she takes good care of her employees. This is a situation where you truly get what you pay for and then some. I am very pleased to recommend Top Cleaning GB to everyone without hesitation. And no, I don’t own stock in the company. After using End of Tenancy Cleaning services, on check out my flat was deemed to be 'not cleaned to a professional standard' and we lost a chunk of our deposit to pay to get it re-cleaned. Based on the previous reviews I was really not expecting the quality of cleaning to be so bad. We have a small 1 bed flat with laminate floors and carpet. We paid extra to get the carpets steam cleaned and found that the steam cleaning left fresh new marks on the carpet which weren't previously there. Luckily they were able to be removed by the new cleaner. UPDATE: Since contacting them and letting them know about the quality of the clean, they have promptly issued a refund. So I am increasing from 1 star.

On the day Nina rang to ask if the team could come early which worked perfectly for me and they were ready outside the property at the time stated. When I read the reviews on google, I was at first doubtful and wondered how many of these were real. After trying TopCleaningGB, I understand why there is a consensus around the quality of their service: - I ordered an end of tenancy cleaning. The person taking my call, Mira, was extremely helpful and professional, clearly explaining the different options and what would be done. - They estimated 4 hours of work. Upon completion after 3 hours, they agreed to refund me £20 from agreed price, to take into account the time saved. - They had clearly warned me not to leave any belongings in the flat. I had unfortunately forgotten a valuable hat, and upon discovering it was not in the flat anymore after the cleaning, I called Mira on her mobile at 9pm. Despite being out of her working hours, she took my call and immediately reached out to the cleaning team to understand what happened. I was first advised it had been disposed off and Mira called me and the team several time to locate the exact bin, and the type of bags the had had been placed into. Upon discovering the hat was not in the bin bag, she reached out to the team again who went through all their things, to finally find the hat. This took several hours and many back and forth calls and texts. - The team then went out of their way to bring it to the concierge at my new development. In the process, Mira was constantly available and very responsive. I can honestly say I have never seen a company going so much out of their way to provide the best service they can to their customer. In a society were customer service seems to be a thing of the past, this company clearly stands out. I would not hesitate a second to recommend this company and after this very positive experience will appoint them for regular domestic cleaning service.
