I've been using FastKlean for several years now. Their service is excellent. Their cleaners are well trained - apparently they get fully trained before they are allowed to clean people's houses and then they have regular refreshers. So they do a great job cleaning. Also, added benefit is that if my usual cleaner is on holidays they find a replacement so it all gets handled smoothly - so you don't even need to worry about the logistics. I've been recommending them to my friends and everybody that has hired their cleaners has been very satisfied with the service.

Of the three times I used this service, I had problems twice with rescheduling. I was only notified on the day. On the second occasion, I had tennants moving in the following day so this was incredibly inconvenient. Following giving a review of the appalling service, I was eventually contacted by a manger who was able to reschedule. I was happy with the clean, but the reliability is very sketchy. I would insist on getting email confirmation of the booked cleaning and chase if necessary as their 'system' is unreliable. That said, after I complained, management went out of their way to put things right, so that's something.

Fastklean do a great job! They were asked to clean a very dirty and stained carpet for an elderly and partially disabled member of my family. When they had finished, the carpet looked almost as good as new. The owner was delighted and even more pleased by the kind, efficient and courteous way the cleaners went about their work. What a wonderful surprise! Coming home to find my daughter's bed beautifully made ready for her that evening. With my disabled daughter's additional needs bedtimes can be tricky at the best of times, add in trying to make her bed after an 'accident' while providing eyes on care dials up the stress levels. I asked for a one-off superficial clean prior to putting my flat up for sale and was told that I would need to book a four-hour slot. I didn`t think that it would take that long as my one-bed place is well-maintained, just very dusty after some months of no-one living there, but I bowed to the professionals` opinion. Ivanka arrived bang on time and had done just what I had requested in two hours, which she reported to her company. Much to my surprise, because I thought that I had contracted for the four-hour deal, within half an hour FK contacted me to say that they would only be charging for the two hours, therefore my 50% deposit covered the work in full. On this basis, I shall definitely be asking them to do the deep clean that I want once I have sold my flat and before I hand it over to the buyer. There were two minor negatives : Ivanka spoke virtually no English so communication was mainly in hand signals and she didn`t use the hoover tools to do the edges; however, what she did was worth the money.

Having used Fastklean for the first time in 2020 for an end of tenancy clean, given the quality of their work, I had no hesitation in engaging them once more for two further cleans of the same type. These two properties were houses as opposed to apartments so, although of course the principles are the same, there are many more nooks and crannies that might be missed. I can honestly say however that, in both properties, Fastklean did a fantastic job. Their administration is very effective and this is backed up by the quality of their cleaning; indeed my grandmother, who is notoriously hard to please, was very impressed. Frankly, that quality mark is good enough for me! I can honestly say I would have no hesitation in recommending Fastklean to anyone who needs to engage high quality cleaners; they may not be the cheapest but their level of work is absolutely worth it.
