The team at Flex Cleaning were excellent. I was surprised by a fairly dirty flat which was very unexpected and when I rang up Ludmilla she was responsive right away. We confirmed a deep clean for the next day and they were fantastic. They always double checked with anything they were unsure of, and allowed me to inspect rooms as they finished, just to make sure they did everything I wanted. It was perfect!
