I've used Gaze A Glaze for over 5 years now to clean our office windows (we have a busy shopfront on the high street so it is important our windows are always looking great) and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. They are always on time, do the job properly, quite often going above and beyond what they are contracted to do. The workmen are very friendly but also professional. I've recommended Gaze A Glaze to a few other friends and all of them have the same sentiments. 5 stars from me!

Booked them to clean a skylight and they got water all over the nearby wall, which left smears on the paint. Spoke to 3 different staff members to get a partial refund to pay for repainting the wall, they were not very helpful. Got a call 3 weeks later from the Owner / MD (who was very polite) and elected to process the refund on the same day. While there was an issue to deal with, the windows did get cleaned well, and they addressed the complaint.
