They were communicative, efficient, on time and easy to deal with but by far the most important service they provided for us was the best and most thorough clean of our rental property. They left the house looking cleaner than when we arrived, no stone was left unturned and the carpets were spotless. It was utterly immaculate and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Incredible job!

K. F.Excellent cleaning service! I had to leave my flat in a pinch and didn't get the chance to remove some broken items before I left. H&B cleared some broken glass for me and left the place absolutely spotless! They picked up some keys at the letting agents to let them selves in, and lock up when the clean was completed, in order to avoid me having to come all the way back to London to let them in. Importantly, they are also very responsive to emails. Very professional and competent. Would highly recommend.

Beata is great at communicating with me, she is clearly someone who cares and doesn't just do a job for the sake of it.
