s. o.From the get go, I was impressed by Fraser. He rang me back quickly and the way he communicated immediately made me feel he was professional and reliable. I had to wait a couple of weeks for him to fit me in, but I thought this was actually a good sign. He turned up on time and was happy to explain things. The oven hadn't been cleaned for years but Fraser just got on with it. I watched him do bits of the job and it was so amazing. No chemicals, lots of elbow grease (no pun intended). I would highly recommend Hobs, Knobs and Ovens and I'm sure I'll be using this service again in the future.
