Good service - on time, good value, friendly staff and the clean was sufficient to get my deposit back, despite being unable to get a guaranteed end of tenancy clean due to leaving a shared house mid tenancy. Overall would definitely recommend.

I had an end of tenancy clean and carpet clean and was given a discount which persuaded me to go ahead and book! The 2 cleaners - very friendly people - were thorough and in the time the had - they did a GREAT JOB! I was amazed at how they had removed stains from the carpets - WOW! Definitely would use again however there were some issues with timing and I was requested initially to pick up the cleaner from local train station which tied me down regarding my flexibility that day. Otherwise - outstanding service - and with a smile!

Good: Cleaning team overall did a thorough job. Moreover they paid attention to our special requests and pointed them out to us when the service was complete, so there was good customer-focus. I didn't have much time to compare prices but felt this was acceptable value for money. Improvement Suggested: The cleaning team did arrive quite late (I think around an hour) which we managed to overcome with mobile phone calls, although many people requiring end-of-tennancy cleans are usually busy moving with many other deadlines to juggle so this is quite inconvenient.

Thanks for the terrificly good job on our tenancy clean. The team who did the work (East Finchley) were punctual, friendly and had a great attention to detail. The standard of the clean was exceptional. We’ve had the formal checkout from our flat and the outcome was that the flat was returned to the landlord in better condition than when we got it! Our full deposit is being returned.

Brilliant service, every time! We used PNP Cleaning for our check-out at our previous apartment. It was very easy to organise, they fetched the keys from the porter at another building, cleaned, and dropped off the keys. When we got back & had the inspection the flat was spotless! We've since moved to a house & used them for the check-in, as well as have arranged for monthly cleans while we're at work. Each time they've arrived on time, been polite, and done an excellent job cleaning! Polina & Celia are easy to reach and always respond quickly to my mails. Thanks PNP Cleaning for taking the chore out of our lives. We love coming home to a clean house before the weekend!

Had them for an end of tenancy cleaning on my 1 bedroom flat... was scheduled for 8am and the lady they sent was there even before. She started straight away and didn't stop until the house was spot on. All really good and she was really concerned in doing a good job. From freezer and fridge to the oven, looking like new inside. Everytime I needed to speak to them I just went on their chat and got a response within 5 minutes. Also, they sent the proof of professional cleaning super fast which is always a plus.

Used for an end-of-tenancy clean. Acceptable for the price. I had thought this would be a bit more thorough - they did not clean under the bed, for example (there were still clumps of dust) - however, our landlord was quite easy-going and accepted the state of the flat with no problem. The two ladies seemed nice but had a very low level of English, i.e. they could not actually form a full sentence, and could not understand me without a lot of visual support.

Can’t explain how pleasant and simple the experience was using PNP. Used the service for a end of tenancy pro clean. At the end, the check out clerk even walked in and said Wow ! Everything looked brand new.... Super pleasant and friendly cleaners and ultra good at what they do, mass bonus, very reasonable priced too. Pls tip the guys !! Well worth it :)

I was previously wary of using an agent, having always hired housekeeping help directly, but PNP has turned out to be so much better. They made sure I have a regular cleaner on days and at the times that suit me. When my regular went on holiday, there was a seamless handover, and they pick up the phone. Personal and professional. I'm delighted to recommend this excellent service.

I paid for 5hrs and it felt like it was an end of tenancy clean as skirting was done. Although, cleaning the windows on the outside is extra. Most companies will not clean the outside windows if above the ground floor. Mine was on the ground floor. If there's something specific you need cleaning best to mention it as the Cleaner had a tick list that she followed. Cleaner arrived on time. For a 5hr clean the cleaner has a break during that time. The cleaner spoke just enough English to follow instructions to clean the tiles around the bath area. From experience they pretend they don't understand (even when using gestures) and then the thing you need cleaned ie mold doesn't get cleaned. Overall I was pleased with the job.

Very professional. The team was very punctual and the service they provided was spot on. We had to move the date of the cleaning 3 times and they accommodated for it without any issues. Good communication over email too. I’d recommend their services.

Really helpful in advance and always available on the phone. The water for the building was cut off due to a burst water main part way through the clean and the team were very understanding and came back the next day to finish the job! They were pleasant to deal with and the standard was great!
