I had to have my oven cleaned at a rental property I own in Enfield Town. The tenant had left it really dirty so before I would be able to let it again I needed it professionally cleaned. Royal Cleaning were able to attend to the job within a few days of my call and turned up bang on time and did a very thorough job. My cleaner let the lady in and send me photos of the finished job and I was very happy with the service and price. The first and last photos are the after shots obviously and the middle two the “before” but I couldn’t get them to go in the order I wanted.

After attempting to clean a grease stain on my sofa (and making it much larger and worse...) I called Royal Cleaning (the branch closest to Leyton). Annoyingly they couldn't fit me in for approximately a week, so I covered the stain in the meantime. Luckily I was working from home as the two ladies did arrive quite early. They were both very thorough and hard working - barely stopping to pause in the 20/30 minutes they took to clean the sofa - taking particular care or the stained section. They managed to fully remove the stain - and the rule is now no food on the sofa!

I booked an end of tenancy clean for my studio flat. The couple who came were very kind and friendly and did a thorough job (it took them a little longer than they initially thought - showing how thorough they'd been). I would recommend discussing expectations clearly up front, as there were a couple of items not done (but I don't think these were standard and I did not specify, so it's my fault). However I did get all of my tenancy deposit back, so no issues there!) Would use again.

We had Royal Cleaning perform an end-of-tenancy cleaning for the flat I was vacating in Oxford. From booking to performing the cleaning process, the team was very professional and timely. As for the cost, they were on par or cheaper than most other services. The house itself was a furnished 1-bed flat. Though the cleaning was pretty thorough for the most part, because of some furnishings present, the team had overlooked some areas. It would be good if the team is instructed to be mindful of this. Otherwise, the team of cleaners were friendly, considerate, and they came and did a quick, professional job. I'd recommend using their service in Oxford.

Royal Cleaning came to my rescue at the eleventh hour for an ad hoc end of tenancy cleaning. When another cleaning service provider cancelled on me not once, but twice in a row after I paid upfront and in advance for a priority service, I was left with a few hours to complete the house cleaning and hand over the keys. Fortunately, James and Royal Cleaning not only promised but also delivered, accepting payment only once the job was completed. Didi and Ivo arrived punctually and finished the job in three hours, the end result being a squeaky clean and fresh smelling flat and a delighted yours truly. I received a call from the Customer care team to reschedule the session due to a sickness of one of the members. They promised me a well-trained team of two people to attend in 2 days. Two ladies attend a bit late, but literally left the apartment sparkling clean. They were both wearing masks and overshoes. Would definitely recommend them.

I was super happy with the cleaning of the bathroom and the kitchen, it was amazing! However, in the bedrooms they did not clean behind any beds, wardrobes and drawers which we did not find out until afterwards. It is something so simple to get done and I got disappointed when I found it out. I know it is not fun to clean but if it is your job then do it properly please in all areas.

The cleaners came on time, was surprised how fast they manage to clean the place. I was leaving a 2 bedroom flat and the landlord redirected me to them. Royal Cleaning highly recommend! We had the oven, hob and extractor fan cleaned and it is now sparkling. The service took about 2 hours and the cleaning professional tidied away after himself. I’ll definitely be reusing this company in the future!

I needed an end of tenancy clean and chose Royal cleaning for the work. Dafida and Daniel were fantastic! They were extremely professional and charming and got straight down to the work. They did such a superb job and my place has NEVER been so clean. They were there for nearly 4 hours and I only have a small 2 bed maisonette. They had all the equipment and products required and I was super pleased with the work. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service thanks. I needed to organise a post builders clean for my mother's house. The date had to be rearranged twice due to the works running on. This was implemented by Royal Cleaning with no fuss and the booking process itself was smooth and efficient. The cleaners did a great job as the house wasn't easy to work in as it was a bit chaotic. Due to the works not being entirely finished, they had to work around the contractors but managed to do a very good job, despite a lot of disruption.

I hired Royal Cleaning to do an 'after-build' clean, following a major refurbishment of a large flat. Before their arrival, there was builder's debris and dust in every kitchen cupboard and drawer, the same in every bedroom. Radiators were splattered with plaster and the flat resembled a building site. Four eastern-European ladies arrived, exactly at the time agreed and I had driven to the flat to let them in. Communication was a little challenging but they seemed to know exactly what to do and I left them to it, telling them to call my mobile, just before they had finished. They did this after about four hours and I arrived back at the flat to find a transformation. The entire flat was spotless and I was absolutely delighted. I can speak only about my own personal experience with Royal Cleaners but I would happily recommend them to anyone requiring this type of service.

I have been more then happy with Royal Cleaning company. I found the company online and received a call from Jim within 5 minutes of requesting a quote for the end of tenancy cleaning. The communication afterwards was very easy - I have received a confirmation email outlining every detail of service provided. On the day a team of 2 cleaners arrived within the time frame given and stayed for 5 hours to clean our 2 bedroom split level flat. They have done a great job - everything was spot on. I had a really good experience with Royal Cleaning. Did a really good end of tenancy cleaning and our landlord was happy with the result. The only inconvenience to me was that they sent just one cleaner instead of a team as promised. But the cleaner who came in did a thorough job for a good part of 6 hours. I really felt bad for that one girl who had to finish the whole cleaning of a big 2 bed 2 bath flat. Am happy with the service and so was the landlord. The only suggestion to them is to set the expectation right with the customers on the number of cleaners and the length of cleaning time.

Ignore the reviews. I had such a pleasant experience with Royal Cleaning. They were the third 'end of tenancy' cleaning company I called, and quoted me £100 less than the other companies! Fantastic value. I spoke with Jim on the phone, who explained everything that they clean - and he was on hand to answer any questions I had. On the day, two cleaners arrived promptly and said it would take three hours to clean my 1 bedroom flat in Richmond. They took just 2 hours and everything was SPOTLESS. The estate agent and person conducting my check out were surprised at just how clean everything was. I would highly recommend Royal Cleaning. It's a shame that people only leave reviews when they're unhappy, because there must be 1000s of positive experiences :)

Brilliant end of tenancy cleaning just as promised. The staff members were friendly and had all the needed tools, so I didn’t need to buy any. They cleaned quite a lot of dirty traces and dusty areas ,left from moving all the furnishings around in a matter of two hours without taking a single break. Although I found a few stains in one room after they left, as soon as I made a claim, an employee was sent straight away to resolve the issue. Afterwards everything was alright. The booking process was super smooth and simple, emails were exchanged between my husband and one of the people from the company and that was it. Please ignore the bad reviews, the two people who came to clean my 3 bed apartment were brilliant. They literally slaved away at my house for about 10 hours. It was spotless by the end and the rate was really reasonable. I would highly recommend the company, their service and their communication. I had two follow up calls to check everything was ok and their email communication whilst booking was great. As it was an end of tenancy clean, I was anxious for it to be perfect so I could get my deposit back. I was personally really happy with the work they performed. My place was cleaned ahead of the planned schedule and I had no issues whatsoever with the checkout report. To be honest with future clients, Royal Cleaning asked me to write this review, but only to make sure their reputation is rebuilt after the negative feedback left by unhappy clients. I believe it's only fair that happy clients leave positive reviews as well, I just never thought that online reviews could harm a company that badly. I had not used Royal Cleaning before but needed to have a whole house clean done fairly urgently. The booking procedure was very efficient and communication good. The three cleaners did a very good job generally, particularly on the oven and kitchen. Carpet cleaning was also good. They also did the best they could to the bathroom - the usual build up of condensation and mould is difficult to remove. Perhaps investing in a steam cleaner for such work would help to improve in this sort of cleaning. I would use them again.

Royal cleaning were referred to us by a lad that refurbished out bathroom in Islington. They appear to be somehow affiliated as they use similar names. In any way they did an after builders clean at our place after the renovation of our bathroom and the work was fantastic. They called me to ask if they could arrive early, which helped me hugely as I had to check out with my landlord later that afternoon. They were thorough and professional, checked the whole house over and discussed what needed to be done with me first to check we were on the same page. They spent 3 hours working hard, cleaned every room from top to bottom - even managing to get a limescale stain out of the bathtub that I had never been able to shift. This is the second time I've used them for an end of tenancy clean, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. However - this is my experience, in Oxford. From the other reviews, it sounds like Royal Cleaning has some contractors that are at the other end of the spectrum. I hope that Royal Cleaning takes note of this, and does their best to weed out the bad contractors they use.

I couldn’t recommend these guys more, at first they were running a bit late due to traffic, so i got a call from their office letting me know, which i liked because i was told with enough time in advance, so after we rescheduled the time from 2pm to 3pm, the team arrived 2:45 and apologised for the delayed time. again, i appreciate that. Moving on, as soon as they entered my one bedroom flat they got to work straight away, as per company’s t&c i had to pay them upon arrival. At first I thought it is a bit unusual, but then i presume they must have had some bad experience with some nasty customers. Oh well, moving on: It was a team of three people, one of which was specialised in the cleaning the carpet and the other two doing the rest of the flat. I asked them if they could estimate how long it would take to do the job and they said 3 hours, cool no problem. Fast forward 2.5hours later. I was called to check the job...and WOW!! every single tiny corner had been scrubber spotless. Fridge moved and cleaned underneath, the cooker looked like new with not a single burned grease mark on it. Top of all cupboards cleaned, carpet looked like new( thats after living at the property for 7 years) All in all, the two cleaners,I Think it was Sonya and Vasko, did and amazing job. I don’t know how the company's rest of the employees are, but if they are as good as the two people mentioned above, then im sure the future of this company is looking pretty bright!

Words are not enough to decribe how happy I am with Royal Cleaning services. I took their services for end of tenancy and was amazed to see how experienced their cleaners were. They arrived on time infact I was 10 minutes late but they were extremly polite. I had to show my property for just 5-10min and then they were on task. Did everything without my further instruction. Inside the cupboard,under the bed on window sil.......anywhere they could reach where I did not even think of...EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL..... My landlord was extermely pleased to see his flat so clean that he asked me which services I used. I got all my deposit back.
