J. S.Spectrum are amazing! We must be one of their smallest customers - 5 flats in an old warehouse building. They communicate every month to let me know when they will be here - they arrive on time and do not leave until everything is sparkling. They hand finish all of the windows that they can - (on lower levels) and spend extra time to clean frames etc if needed.
They are always more than pleasant and I will use them even if I move!
