S. V.I'm renting my other flat, mostly to couples or families with kids. Last summer however I couldn't find tenants so I let three college students rent it for two months.
I hoped they didn't cause any damage to my property but they didn't keep their promise and left a huge mess when they moved out.
I invested their deposit the proper way hiring this tenancy cleaning company. The professional cleaners did a fabulous job . The cleaning went on for about four hours and the flat was ready for the tours from the estate agency. I will choose my tenants more carefully next time.

T. F.Fast and efficient end of tenancy cleaning service. The man and woman that came to clean my rented flat were great. I had a viewing in the afternoon. They came in the morning and were ready by 12 am! I didn't like the tenant that wanted to rent it, but he surely liked my flat, so I'm happy with the service and would definitely recommend it!
