D. S.I used Wimbledon Cleaning Services for moving out cleaning. From the initial phone call through to completion of the work, they were so professional, clear about the brief and the cost. The work was completed to a high standard. A very good job, I was delighted.
M. M.We've used WCS before the pandemic for a regular clean twice a week. Gulche was polite and very thorough in her cleaning service however we cancelled due to COVID.
When we resumed we did not have the same experience. Unfortunately our cleaner was not professional and failed to follow basic instructions on more than one occasion. She failed to put things back in place (as you would expect from a professional cleaner), did not change bin liners, and had a generally unprofessional attitude.
We've fed back to Diana. We did not opt for a replacement as WCS did not have availability to meet our preferred schedule initially, and this was not offered. We have since decided to go elsewhere for our regular clean.
E. C.We used WCS for an initial carpet clean and regular fortnightly cleans since 2020. Diana has been great in meeting our requirements and is quick to reply to queries. The entire team provide a quality professional service and can cater for things like key arrangements, or rescheduling at shorter notice. Highly recommend!

Recently while we were away, some construction work was carried away the builders had worked on several walls of the flat without covering anything. The house was a mess and impossible to live in. I called Diana and her team and they managed to get 2 very good cleaners to work the whole day on very short notice. And due to urgency of the situation they also managed to get a carpet cleaner/sofa on the following day.
All the workers did an excellent job and were friendly.
The price was also really good.
We were able to move back in our flat just after the cleaning was finished and cannot recommend enough this company.
