Here's why Fergus and the team were so brilliant:
- Super easy to talk to via whatsapp or over the phone- no need to fill in forms or complete checklists. Most other services I looked into felt impersonal and were a pain to communicate with. This couldn't have been easier!
- No messing about with prices- I wasn't asked to pay more for cleaning specific appliances, for tackling tricky jobs or for parking. Other websites seemed to start with a low price and work their way up with extras- this was clear and fair from the outset
- Attention to detail: The job wasn't done until it was really done! The guys went over every square inch of the flat and thought of stuff I couldn't even imagine. Stains / mould in the shower that a previous cleaning team had deemed 'unremovable' were lifted with ease. The place looked brand new after 5-6 hours of deep clean
- Lovely bunch of people! Fergus, Maria and Ramona were patient, friendly and really do care about their customers and business. I'll be sure to use them again whenever I need in future
