Roof and gutter clean I chose Solaris after considering the alternative options i.e. pressure washing, scraping the tiles, biocide treatment, ladders and walking on the roof. They were more expensive for the clean but there is no physical damage to the roof with their process. Solaris use a cherry picker which covered our entire roof from the front of house . They use steam to clean off all the debris as shown in the photo and then finish with a chemical wash to hinder grow back of bacteria and moss. They cleaned up the debris around the house as well as the gutters. They photo their work and report on issues seen on the roof (broken ties) while doing the job. The photos tell the story. I am very pleased with the result.

When we moved into our house a few months ago, we immediately decided we wanted to have our roof cleaned and went about getting a few quotes for this. The price range between quotes was huge and it wasn’t until I met Ben that I realised the quotes were not truly comparable and my house wouldn’t have looked as clean afterwards had I gone with any of the other quotes I received. Solaris offer so much more than just a roof clean, firstly the roof was cleaned beautifully, using the steam clean method it was gentle on the roof, but also extremely effective. Honestly it was really enjoyable to watch the moss and darkness wash away! They can also clean everywhere on the house itself that has water marks, growth etc, the brick walls, patio and driveway making the whole house/property look like new again, we were beyond impressed. As for the teams itself, Ben and Dobi are extremely professional and genuinely nice people, they took the time to talk us through all questions and concerns. It was a joy to work with them and we certainly felt the investment was worth while. As a result of the work they did they were also able to spot a problem with our roof that we wouldn’t have otherwise known about and are now able to address as well. We have recommended them to our friends and hope you find this review useful in deciding what to do on your property!
