I contacted this great company to see if at short notice they could do a deep clean for my elderly frail parents. Courtney arrived very quickly and was just amazing. My Mum was made to feel comfortable and safe till I arrived after a nightmare journey from Gloucestershire. Courtney completed a superb deep clean of the bathroom and will now be attending every fortnight to help Mum out. Thank you for being so supportive and helping me persuade Mum she needs a cleaner.

I have been working for Becky as a member of the Busy Bees team for 9 months now & the time has flown! Becky is extremely professional & very proud of her team & their work ethics. Becky is very approachable & supportive in finding me clients/hours that work alongside my other family commitments. Started working as part of the Busy Bees team recently and it's been one of the best things that happen to me this year. The Clients are lovely and it gives me a purpose, contact with other people (yes, with appropriate social distancing/masks when not possible) and some peace of mind that I will be able to pay my bills! We are really happy with the service provided by Busy Bees. It has been really difficult to find a high quality, reliable cleaning service in the countryside, and Becky does a really good job managing her team and keeping us informed - I have to say I find the comments around lack of communication most unusual because we have found Becky very responsive and proactive. We are also really pleased with Alison and Anastasia who come to us twice a week and do a great job. We first met Becky when I was 8 months pregnant with twins and we were in what we thought were the final stages of a big refurbishment project. Our builders went bankrupt just before the twins were born and left the house as a total building site. Becky was right on it, bringing in a big team to help get the house clean for us to bring the boys home to, even though she had also had a baby only month or so before. That is really going above and beyond.

Really impressed with the service and quality of cleaning I received. It is clear they have thought carefully about the customers perspective and set up their business with customer service in mind. The two cleaners which I met were lovely and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I was also pleasantly surprised with what they could get done in 2 hours. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family and if I need cleaning in the future I will look to them first. Thanks ladies :)

Generally a good cleaning service provided with a flexible and friendly company. The standard of cleans was reasonable for the price but most importantly, we felt comfortable with everyone we met. It is always nerve wracking handing keys out to access your home but we never had any cause for concern with this team. The team were reliable for the majority of our time with BusyBees and I would feel happy to recommend them if you live in the local area.

A great group that always did a good job. We used Busy Bees for a year to clean our house in Southborough. They were respectful and mostly punctual. There was quite a bit of movement in staff, cleaning days and such but nothing more than should be anticipated with a small company. All in all, a wonderful experience and I highly recommend.

The experience started off reasonably well. However, they then proved to become impossible to reach by either email or telephone. The actual cleaner was great but the company has seemingly closed as they dont respond to anything now. Overall, this has made for a really disappointing experience. Updated 10/10/19 After some hard effort the team at the company have become far better. As it transpired a series of misfortunes were partially to blame. We have ironed out the communication and have had several weeks of seamless service with good results at fair prices. As a result it was only fair to update the review.
