Paul came out to assess our oven after we were told by the insurance company that it needed a “deep clean”.
He advised us that this was not the case and explained that we could take care of the problem ourselves.
Paul could have charged us money for coming and COULD have said that our oven was a state, like many companies would, instead he gave an honest opinion and told us that this was not a job for a deep clean. He did not charge us on this occasion. Honesty like this is a very rare commodity these days. Thanks Paul, we will be in touch in the future and will recommend yourself to anyone who needs this service.
