I arranged this clean for another person, and it was a blitz clean on a neglected apartment. The occupant described it as: “a difficult case, with a multiply disabled client and a home in very poor condition due to loss of support during the pandemic”. This clean was actually refused by two other companies as being too much for them. Firstly, the administrative side of Supreme Cleaners – Aline was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, she listened carefully and took on board all issues, and although they were busy she fitted us in quickly. She responded very quickly and helpfully to many messages. And Anita – well, what can we say? She arrived on time, got stuck in, followed the list in order, worked tirelessly, was flexible and worked on after the agreed time, tackled even the most difficult jobs, and transformed the apartment! She co-ordinated with her office and kept proper records. She was professional, skilful, friendly and sensitive to the client throughout. Thank you, Anita! Our first experience of Supreme Cleaners – definitely not the last - we have already booked in for more time. They exceeded our expectations and restored our peace of mind!
