L. H.I came on here to write this review as I have used this company for 5 years. Sadly, I had to relocate to London, so I could no longer use this service. However, the service that was provided to me over the years was gold standard and cannot fault the company at all. The cleaners we had over the years were up to a very high standard, reliable and were overall very efficient. If any problems occurred, such as a cleaner falling ill (which obviously does happen), the manager was very quick to respond and arrange cover. You can tell they take pride in their customer care, rather than treating you as just a number, which I have found with other cleaning companies in the past. I would definitely recommend Purrrfect Home Cleaning if you are looking for top quality cleaners.

A. H.Kathy has always been amazingly nice, helpful and understanding with us. We have had our cleaner for 3 years now and she's just amazing! On occasion she does fall ill like we all do and Kathy manages to find a replacement cleaner if we need one.
Kathy came out to meet us and get an idea of how many hours a week we would need, this was so reassuring as we knew who we were dealing with and got a good idea of her knowledge in the area. It was a simple and quick set up. She also meets with her cleaners in their own homes before taking them on.
We have two young kids and two animals, sometimes we are all home when our cleaner is, yet she's so understanding and always puts in her absolute best... it's an added bonus that she's great with children and animals!
I would personally ignore the negative reviews as people are so quick to post when something hasn't gone their way. It looks to me as if some of these people haven't even used purrrfect home cleaning but just don't like that the company cant meet their requirements which isn't fair. You don't go to a childminder asking for 1 hour a week, no one will see it worth while surely and these cleaners are trying to make a living.

She really cares about her customers and no request is to big for her. She is careful with the cleaners that she selects, and you only get great people with her. She is very approachable and has always helped to arrange cover if s cleaner is on holiday. I couldn't recommend her highly enough: a really personal touch, and brilliant cleaners.
