I live in Cambridge. I initially had my windows cleaned by Window Washers, who were amalgamated with Red Clean some time ago. Their friendly and excellent service continued, with some useful additional bits. I now get a message the day before the clean so I know to make sure my windows are closed. The windows are then quickly and efficiently cleaned the next day. I have a studio in the garden, where the windows had got covered in some hard to remove gunk when the woodwork was treated. Believe me, I tried! The RedClean man kindly brought an additional product to get that stuff off. Brilliant! I can't fault them, and all for a very good price (in my case a three-bed semi + the studio for £18 a month.) I'm delighted! 😃

I have used Red Clean MK as my window cleaners for over a year now and never had any issues and I have always been pleased with their work. After I noticed a blockage in my gutter, I called them regarding having my gutters cleaned too. There was a slight delay in getting a quote to me because of how busy it is but they soon came back to me and we booked in the clean. I really felt for them because their gutter cleaning machine broke the day before my clean was scheduled but they were apologetic and kept constant contact with me as to when they’d be able to come. They came today and did another excellent job. They cleared the blockage and cleaned our gutters ready for the wet seasons ahead. Martin and Jamie (?) were lovely, friendly and quick at the job. They also cleaned our windows (which wasn’t scheduled) in case they got dirty during the gutter clean. I would recommend.

Red Clean Windows is a really friendly and reliable company and the care and attention given to the property is excellent! Your windows are cleaned to a beautiful shine as though it is their own. We have been benefiting from their expertise for a few years now and recently asked them to clean and clear the gutters, soffits and fascias. Great communication and they certainly did a fab job as tested by the recent torrential rain! Plus, don’t worry if if you’ve had your windows recently cleaned just before the gutter, fascias and soffits cleaning is scheduled as they leave the whole property gleaming! You can choose to repeat the clean and clear of the above mentioned at a three, six or two live month interval so if you are likely to get debris from trees etc. it’s worth remembering to book. Timely reminders to notify you the day before as well and make the necessary arrangements for access. Really competitively priced and worth every penny to keep your exteriors looking tip top and preserving the longevity of the property. Payment is easy - you can set up a standing order and then make a secure payment for services used. With all the recent building work going on all around us it seems, the occasional sand storm dust deposits and of course the typical garden bird calling cards left on your windows, Red Clean windows are definitely worth considering for a 5-star quality clean! Within the last couple of hours, Paul the window cleaner did his usual excellent job on the windows plus ledges and surrounds. Can't fault the company and I am like the SMS prior to them coming.

Thought I'd get a window cleaner so I didn't have to worry about the windows, and the bloke who signed me up was very nice. The first time they came I couldn't even tell the windows had been done, so I thought maybe next month will be better. Nope. Again, couldn't tell the windows had been done. By the third month I had cottoned on to the fact that they aren't very thorough and basically just cover the windows in water. I watched them on my ring camera and they were done in 2 minutes. Just splashing water all over the windows. I personally wouldn't recommend, save yourself the money.

I was initially dubious about pole fed cleaning as I’ve always used the “traditional” method. What a difference! Not a single mark to be seen, even after a downpour shortly after.
