Matthew from Shining Windows provided an excellent service for me at my property in Milton Keynes. He cleaned all windows including a medium sized conservatory for a very reasonable price. I have no criticism for Matthew and his expert service, I would highly recommend.

I don't usually take time out to write reviews, however, I feel it necessary to share the amazing provided by Shining Window Cleaners Ltd. Matthew took time out time to personally visit the property and provide a quote for the works (prices for which are also stated on the brilliant website). After speaking with Matthew, I am delighted to have met such an admirable person who is genuine, honest, professional, hard-working, community spirited and most importantly has a great sense of humour. As agreed, Matthew from Shining Window Cleaners arrived at the property on the agreed date. Having observed for a short while, I was impressed by the level of care and attention given to the work being carried out. The property has been completely transformed and I would highly recommend. The services we received were definitely value for money (especially when another company quoted twice as much!). Shining Window Cleaners Ltd uses high grade equipment for jet wash cleaning and our patio definitely stands out from our neighbours, who used a traditional power washer. Whilst I have limited knowledge of the details surrounding the negative reviews, I can only conclude that these individuals are trouble-makers. It is important to note that such services are subject to weather limitations and/or other constraints and as such, services may not be able to completed at the property on the date agreed. Due to drainage constraints at the property, Matthew advised us that he would revisit the property at a later date to complete the treatment, which he did. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Matthew for his professional services and for being an absolute legend!
