I have used Newcastle District Cleaning for a long time following the retirement of my traditional window cleaner. They send a message the day before cleaning which is very useful. I like that they do come on a monthly basis rather than every so often and that I don’t need to be there to pay them as it’s done by bank transfer. They have also cleaned the fascia and gutters and made a really good job of them. I would highly recommend them!

Very happy with the service. Notified of the window cleaner coming by text. Access to the rear of our house has to be through the house and the window cleaner is always careful to not make any mess as they come through. The windows are all washed from the ground with long reach equipment, rather than using ladders, which I'm happy about as they are still cleaned well and it's safer. Payment is made after the clean by direct debit so no hassle on the day. Happy to recommend Newcastle District Cleaning to others.

A good reliable service, being given notice of their arrival the day before is very useful. Our usual cleaner is pleasant and courteous and does a very good job. The gutter cleaning service is also good. Both window and gutter cleaning are now two jobs I don’t have to worry about. Both jobs are done at a reasonable price and on line payment is easy.

Honestly, I can’t fault the service: they send a text the night before to let you know they’ll be round the following day, windows, sills and surrounds are always pristine (and the results last), their GoCardless payment service means I never have to remember to pay - money is just taken from my account a couple of days after they’ve been, very reasonably priced, and really friendly service. If you’ve got a conservatory, you should also enquire about getting this cleaned. They did mine on the last visit (didn’t look like it had been done in years) and it now looks brand new!

We like having the text the day before the visit so we can unlock all the gates in advanced preparation.The cleaning system is excellent and gets into all the corners on all these Georgian windows on this house and even reaches the roof skylight windows.Also we know with this system that the water is clean.They always close all the gates before leaving so we are confident the house is left secure.There are several ways to pay ,straightforward and covers all eventualities, cash, online ,over phone, bank transfer.They also clean our gutters and facias and never leave any mess.Nothing is too much trouble.
