Good standard of end-of-tenacy cleaning. Offer 7-day guarantee for landlord to inspect, which is longer than anywhere else I saw. I got it for £115 which I way cheaper than anyone else—but, that wasn't including carpets cleaning, as our flat didn't have carpets. Paul was very easy to deal with—even though his email was put in my spam folder for some reason! Watch out for that
