Clair was fantastic! I enquired about a general spring clean of my flat to help me out during some health problems. She responded to my email quickly and was able to do a quote and the job within two days of my request. Clair’s work was brilliant, and she really helped me out with some mould problems I was having. Left everything looking great. Clair was easy get in touch with and really kind and friendly. Would really recommend!

We used Sycamore for a house sale deep clean and I was genuinely stunned by the results. I had thought about doing the clean ourselves, however I'm glad we chose to use Sycamore as I don't think we would ever have been able to achieve what they did, and all at a reasonable price. We instructed sycamore cleaning after meeting with them to discuss our needs. They gave us an accurate assessment of our garden clearance, moving into a tired old property needing a lot of rubbish removed such as, garden sheds, big appliances, wood, metal, household appliances etc. we couldn’t believe the results after they had left it has made such a difference to the space we now have. Clair & Steven reassured us that they would sort through the rubbish and take it to the recycling centre where it would be disposed of in a responsible way as opposed to dumping it in landfill. We were conscious the impact of this amount of rubbish on the environment could be harmful and our conscious was eased with sycamore cleanings ethos and working practices. We instructed them again for some more internal items such as storage heaters, inbuilt wardrobes, cabinets, wallpaper that we couldn’t transport. They were able to fit us in very promptly and remove the items and dispose of them responsibly at a very reasonable price. We would defiantly have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them for this service. Thank you

Clair and Steven were fantastic! Not only did they get back to us on short notice to come and give a quote, they were really flexible and able to come on the day we moved out to do the clean. Was responsive to my initial query and went out of their way to carry out the work in the tight timescale I had as it was a deep clean whilst my elderly mum was in hospital. They gave full explanation of exactly what they would do for the quote they provided. The standard of work they carried out was amazing - they really cared about what they were doing, had full respect for the fact they were in my mum’s home and went over and beyond what I was expecting. I needed an end of tenancy clean on rather short notice and Clair and Steven were able to fit me in very quickly! Communication was quick and easy via both email and SMS (handy as I lack mobile reception at work), the job was done to a very high standard (like others said, it was cleaner after than it was when I moved in!), and Clair and Steven were friendly and very helpful! I’m really glad that I came across Sycamore Cleaning Systems online, because I can’t recommend them highly enough. I needed someone to do a garage clearance for me and from reading their website, they seemed like they’d be the right people to get rid of my old stuff as responsibly as possible. They made time to come and give me a quote, and were able to do the job the next day which was great. They turned up right on time, did the job nice and quick and to a really high standard. But for me, the best thing was that they were genuinely the nicest people you could meet. From chatting to them it was clear that they’re serious about recycling and reducing waste as much as they can, and they work with other local businesses to redistribute any re-usable items. I’ll definitely be getting in touch with them again if I need some cleaning or clearing done, because they were just great from start to finish.

I gave Clair & Steve the task of thoroughly cleaning my elderly parents four bed three floor place while they were on holiday. My parents vision isn't too good and it was a big job. They didn't bat an eye lid whey they saw it and gave a really good quotation. After a few days it literally looked like new, smelt fresh and was a pleasure to visit once again. We gave them a key. They're just so great! I had experienced the worst tentants last year. They made my house really mess especially bathroom which was a brand new one just builded up 2 weeks before those people moved in! And a year later, it was so dirty that I did not even dare to look at it! God! So I decided to ask for some help. Then they came as two to view first and we happily got this house perfectly cleaned with a fair price!!!! I would give only one word for the amazing works they had done"Magic"! I could not believe my eyes! Definitely way more beyond than what I expected. Super tidy house and a brand new bathroom again! Highly recommend them to you! You wouldn't regret!
