A. M.Simon worked on some stubborn graffiti on the side of my house. When it didn't come off at first go he repeated the procedure a number of times until he could do no more. He was committed to doing a good job and even lost money because of the amount of materials he used. But he didn't complain or try to renegotiate the deal. The graffiti was all but gone by the time he had finished. I don't think other firms would have persisted as he did. Amazing service.
A.Had our conservatory fully cleaned by Simon, excellent job, not at all rushed, offered to redo anything if we felt it wasn't up to standard. It was done perfect and we paid less than expected.
