I highly recommend Pristine. Very professional and very easy to engage their services. Promptly quoted and confirmed my cleaning schedule immediately once quote approved. They message a reminder the day prior to attending which is very welcome and makes life easier. The clean itself is always very thorough leaving windows and sills spotless. I swapped to ladderless cleaning as I installed a new roof with velux windows and didn’t want a cleaner risking injury or damaging my roof/windows. Even though they are harder to reach Pristine make sure my roof windows are as spotless and smear free as all my other windows.

I recently used Pristine Clean for all the outside of our house, soffit and fascia, gutters, conservatory, windows and doors etc. What an amazing job they've done it looks like a completely different house now. The soffit and fascia I don't think had ever been done in around 20 years and look back to new! The guy who visited was very friendly, hard-working and good communication about the work e.g. asking whether we were happy for him to walk on the roof tiles. Excellent service from back-end office too, you can tell this is a family run business and they care about their customers. I will happily recommend Pristine Clean to my family and friends, and use them in future.

Absolutely fantastic service. We were recommended Pristine Clean by a neighbour as our window cleaner went AWOL, and wow - they were amazing. We missed the 6 week cycle of clean for our road, but they came specifically just to our house so we didn't have to wait 6 weeks for the next one. Having moved areas, my husband and I spent a lot of time getting quotes from numerous window cleaners (which ranged from £16 - £30) so decided to research reviews. We were most impressed by the reviews for Pristine Clean and decided to give them a try - and we're so pleased we did! We live in a new house on an estate where building is still going on so dust is a huge problem Pristine Clean did an absolutely superb job. Now, all my windows, frames & cills are just like new. They might not be the cheapest but in my opinion, they're certainly the best so I have no problem in recommending them.

Excellent from Start to Finish. Request a quote and once received was not pestered was followed up with one phone call to see if I had any questions that needed answering. Booking was nice and easy over the phone with plenty of dates and times to suit. Communication was superb throughout and once the cleaning had been complete I was really impressed. Amazing. That's the only way to describe the difference Pristine Clean have made to my patio, block paving and decking. Not having been cleaned for a couple of years, the Indian sandstone was slippery when wet and had taken on a grey appearance. David arrived with his efficient machinery and put in a full ten hour shift to restore the large patio area back to its original condition. They had estimated the job to take a day and a half, but David was determined to complete the task in the one day. I don't know how the price compared to other companies as I was happy with the price they quoted, and I was impressed with the YouTube video I saw of the machinery in action. David moved all the patio furniture and planters to ensure that nothing was missed. Everything was put back in its original position after the clean. I can't praise the company too highly. The cleaning and the quoting were both handled very professionally and I can't fault any of their work. I will certainly be using them again, and I would highly recommend them.

Had a large area of block paving cleaned by Pristine Clean. The results are amazing...it looks like we've just had a new driveway laid. These guys put some serious effort into doing a thorough job. They started by cleaning the loose debris, followed by careful and thorough weeding (no small task) before setting about pressure washing the block paving and returning the next day to replace the sand between the blocks. Everything was left immaculate and clean afterwards. The quoted price was competitive and the communication right from the initial phone call was clear, unambiguous, friendly and professional. I'll be using their services again and have no problems in recommending to others.
