Previously I hired a Rug Doctor - it took me most of the day, cost about £60 to hire the machine and buy the shampoos, took ages to dry, and felt and smelt funny for weeks after. Just had our carpet and stairs cleaned by Nick at Probitas and it was so much better, and more cost effective. Nick is a really nice guy. He knows his stuff: all the stains (paint, tea, dog and small child!) had specific treatments. He was very efficient: in and out in a few hours. I felt very safe with him in my house. And the carpets look and smell amazing. Thanks Nick. Will be recommending you to my family and friends.
