Valeri cleaned out and unblock my gutters, he not only cleaned out the gutters and the down pipe he found the problem why water was backing up and running down the wall from the gutters. He corrected the issue by slightly shortening the down pipe and redirecting it into the soak away, he was doing this when I arrived at the property, so unsupervised. He went about his work in a professional manner which was pleasing to see.
