I used this company to clean my home block driveway, patio and planters. The work was excellent and carried out very professionally. The cleaning was perfect and the sanding afterwards perfect. The planters were cleaned and have come up fantastic. Would use them again and would recommend without hesitation. Great value as well.

This company was recently taken over by Caulton & Natalie who did an amazing job of cleaning our roof & drive. They don't use jet washing on the roof which is a definite no-no in our estimation. Our roof was covered in moss & alga & this was removed by hand, then a chemical treatment applied. The roof looked great shortly after treatment but will get even better in the days ahead as the weather will wash away any residue of alga. Altogether, we are very happy with the quality of service which was carried out in a professional manner. We hardly recognised the drive after treatment. We can thoroughly recommend this company.

The guys arrive on time and well presented. They introduced themselves and let me know exactly what they were going to do. They were extremely mindful of my plants and belongings in the garden, moving things where necessary for me. There were several delays in processing this order due to Covid and materials shortages but at every step the company kept me fully informed. The final date and time offered was agreed to fit in with other work we were having done and Mr CleverClean kept the appointment, arriving exactly on time. The two operatives in the team explained clearly what they would be doing and how the result would achieved. They completed the task in the allotted time span and made a remarkably thorough job. They cleaned up carefully around our house and that of our neighbours. They were happy to work around the restriction of not being able to use our driveway. Overall, we were completely satisfied with the cleaning that they carried out although only time will tell the effectiveness of the spray treatment that was applied to the roof. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. well done.

We have had a very positive experience with this company. Dayne and Connor came to clean our bungalow roof of moss and lichen. The material sent before their visit was very clear and informative. They arrived as scheduled and worked extremely hard throughout the process, always explaining what they were doing and why. They were extremely polite and considerate, making every effort to reduce disruption and mess. At every stage they cleaned up extremely thoroughly and left us in far better shape than when they arrived! As for the roof clean, anyone looking at it would assume we have had a new roof. Had gutters and down pipes cleaned out and washed gutters and fascia. Arrived on time and carried out work in an highly professional manner. The fascias hadn’t been cleaned for well over 20 years so was quite a job and looks marvellous and like new now done . Work was carried out with respect to all areas of the property and even offered to come back and clean windows due to water having left slight marks which to be fair given work needed was inevitable and unavoidable. Very pleased and satisfied with the work carried out and the price paid, will certainly use again. Our roof clean turned out to be a bit of a nightmare clean for them on a very cold day and it took longer than hoped, but the guys moved their jobs around and worked very hard to get it completed (giving up their only day off that week) It’s clearly physical work but they remained cheerful and polite. Extremely punctual, tidy and professional, trustworthy and friendly. What more can you ask for? I don’t normally enjoy having tradesmen in to do work but this a breath of fresh air. Would use again and recommend. Our neighbour has already said he will use them after seeing their work.

On the original date for the roof and gutter clean it was below zero degrees and everything was frozen, the guys came and looked at the job and we agreed to rearrange. The process was clearly explained and what I should expect of the results.. A good job was made of cleaning the moss from the roof and clearing the guttering, the impact was immediate, I had confidence in their experience, that they knew what they were doing, they had a systematic approach to the required work. I have now used Connor and his team three times over the past few years to clean my block drive, walls, pier caps, patio, patio pots and gutters. Each time the job is carried out professionally and to a very high standard. The end result is fantastic and my drive looks as if it is brand new. Saw Connor cleaning a neighbours guttering and approached him and asked him for a quote as my guttering hadn’t been cleaned for many years. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to make the first appointment to clean but he text me early in the morning saying he was unable to attend so we rescheduled for another day. Turned up on time on the second appointment and cleaned guttering to a satisfactory standard and the workmen were very polite and professional. Would recommend as good on communication and workmanship, can’t comment on value for money as I didn’t get any other quotes as I would rather use someone where I can already see their workmanship been carried out.

What can I say. Both Conner and Dayne were excellent and courteous in carrying out the work I requested. They completed the cleaning and treatment of my bungalow roof exactly to my requirements, always keeping me informed of what stage they were at during the process. I had contacted two other companies besides Mr Clever Clean, but both these other companies quotes were substantially higher for the same work they were being asked to carry out. I don't just go with the cheapest, but do research on companies I intend to select. I choose Mr Clever Clean because they were a local company and I personally prefer dealing with local businesses. Even in speaking with one of their competitors about who I had chosen, that competitor commented that Mr Clever Clean were an excellent choice.
