I’ve used Ross twice now. Very professional and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He will always go the extra mile mile and his years of experience show. Both of my installations were in challenging, old, buildings. However Ross would invariably solve the issue. He will also give advice on upkeep and maintenance throughout the year, not just when a sweep is due. Thanks you A1 Chimneys.

Ross fitted a wood burner for me last week. He was fantastic at communicating prior to the installation, always seemed contactable, almost whatever the time - sorry Ross! Had answers to any question or concern that I had, he certainly knows his stuff! He arrived exactly when promised, on time. Really good quality work, neat and tidy.
