Marc and Maureen are extremely professional and find out your needs before they even approach a cleaner. All the cleaners we have had have been excellent and totally trustworthy. When our last cleaner retired they found a new cleaner so there was no break and they check the standard of cleaning regularly. They also supplied a cleaner for my Dad and when he became unwell they went above and beyond what could have been expected. Any issues are quickly resolved but we have only had minor issues - we overpaid when my Dad passed away and this was refunded immediately. All cleaners are thoroughly checked and I always feel very safe with them in house. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
