I had my carpets, kitchen and bathroom cleaned by Germ Clean. They did not disappoint! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was spotless. They removed the mould from the bathroom grout! The stubborn grease from my kitchen- gone! And my carpets are super fresh. Zabir inspected everything at the end to make sure everything was up to his standards and that was really good to see. We had some work done in the house (removals and replastering) which left us with a lot of dust and dirt on our carpets. Add to the that a new puppy and we decided we needed our carpets cleaning... If you're thinking about getting your carpets cleaned, do it! I'll be doing it a couple of times a year now - after seeing how much dirt actually resides in the carpets. Germ Clean get a solid recommendation from me. They talked me through what they were going to do first, then ran the cleaning stuff through and showed me just how much dirt was lifted out. We had all the carpets in the house cleaned - including the stairs. We even had an old rug that we thought might be beyond saving - but Germ Clean went over it FOUR times and gave it a new lease of life (that alone has covered the price of their work). Punctual. Well mannered. Great service - and considerate too (they had PPC - including shoe covers etc, so everything is flawless). 10/10. Will be using them again!

Absolutely fantastic service. I recently had a norovirus breakout in the family and was concerned about the virus being around the home. I was really impressed on how professional and thorough they were. They came on time as promised and cleaned the entire home before disinfecting the place.
