We had Dan and Charlie round on bank holiday Monday (which shows their commitment straight away), to steam clean our roof, a process that they have only recently started doing. I have to say that they've done a thoroughly professional job, which has transformed the house, in just a couple of days since it's been done, we've had a number of neighbours commenting on how well it looks, and stating that they're considering having the same work done themselves. We suffer alot with moss due to a large number of trees at the back of us, but the roof now looks brand new. I highly recommended Dan and Charlie for any roof cleaning or gutter work that you might need doing.

This is an excellent company, helpful, flexible and with good communication skills. They worked a full day, 8.30 til 5 and cleared all of our roof of moss and dirt, checked the gutters were clear and treated the roof to orevent miss regrowth. Brilliant job by Charlie and Dan. Recommend then 100%.

Can not fault the service I received from Preston's Gutter Clean. I recently had my roof repaired and the builders left a lot of waste material on the roof. This gradualy worked its way down in to the guttering and clogged them up. I was quoted a very reasonable price for the roof to be swept and the gutters cleaned. However I new (as I have a drone) that I had a lot of moss build up on my roof and new this would be a problem in the future so i decided to go for a full steam clean. Was I grateful I did. It looks like I have had a brand new roof fitted. All the mess was cleaned up by the lads and I now know I will have no moss problems for years to come. I can not thank Charlie and the lads enough for their work. Would I recomend them? I most certainly would. A truely 5 Star service.

I was having issues with debris falling from the roof every time it rained hard & asked on the Next Door app for recommendations. I was swiftly directed to Preston’s Gutter Clean & felt very comfortable with Charlie when he came to look & price up the job. He explained how the moss is all scraped off by hand & then the clean roof is treated with an environmentally friendly moss deterrent. It actually reactivates every time it rains. They arrived very promptly on the agreed date of work & prepared by laying out tarps to catch falling debris. Worked hard & meticulously to remove all the moss, cleaned impeccably when they finished & applied the treatment. I was absolutely stunned at just how much came off as looking up at the roof it hadn’t looked that bad prior to work. Yet now it’s done the difference is very clear. They also uncovered a damaged ridge tile where birds had previously been nesting in the roof space. That wasn’t visible until they began cleaning so thankfully my roof is water tight once more. Very trustworthy & high quality of workmanship. I’d recommend Dan & Charlie in a heartbeat 👍

We have just had our roof cleaned and treated by Charlie and the team at Prestons Gutter Clean. Great job with moss removed and anti-algae treatment put on, tidy, conscientious and quick in their work and kept me informed of the benefits etc of keeping moss off the slates. Very responsive by text to requests for info etc and also was able to agree a good price with Charlie initially for one side of the roof but eventually we had both sides done. I’d recommend this company based on my experiences with them so far and will look forward to a clean moss free roof for a while now.

Fantastic service from Charlie and crew. An absolute pleasure to have come and repair our gutters. Considering the freezing weather we've just had, they got on with the job at hand keeping me informed of the issues discovered. On top of that, there was some damage to the gutter which would've eventually caused damage to the internal walls. So they fixed the damage even though it was out of their jurisdiction. That is what I call ABCD (Above and Beyond the Call of Duty). I personally Highly Recommend Preston's Gutter Clean. Value for money. (Enjoy the chocolates) 😁

Brilliant firm, friendly, helpful, on time did a brilliant job then cleaned up properly afterwards. We booked a moss clearance from the roof and emptying of the gutters including the conservatory with a proper clean of those and the facias. I got a phone call the night before to confirm when they would be there and then one on the morning when they were on the roof to query no pressure, if I wanted the 4 velux windows doing whilst they were up there, our window cleaner doesn't do them and I'd totally forgotten about 2 in the attic. There were also 2 sets of solar panels,15 years worth probably and whilst he was there did I want them clearing and washing. No problem if I didn't want it doing but whilst they were already up there and early in the job he could do it for so much. The so much was a lot less than I thought it would be so I said yes do the lot. When they finished they cleaned up brilliantly and washed the windows etc from the splashes. Thank you Charlie and the rest of the team, you did a professional job and I would recommend you to anyone. All the best.

I researched many gutter cleaners before I decided on Preston Gutter Clean. I read the reviews and I can now confirm the 5* reviews are all correct. I have just had my gutter cleaned and am extremely happy with the service. Dan and Charlie were polite, friendly and very professional. They advised me of when they would be arriving and were punctual. You can see they are very passionate about their work and I would have no hesitatation in recommending them. Excellent service. Called on Monday evening and Charlie said he could do Wednesday. Confirmed my appointment on Tuesday night by text. Arrived on time and did the front on back of a terrace despite the difficult conditions. They even tested the drainpipes to check that they were working properly. I've tried other firms in the past and quite often they take your details but don't bother as they probably feel the job is too small. This is a great professional service at a good price. I will be using them for my annual clean next year and fully recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic. Charlie was extremely pleasant and polite. He undertook the task with efficiency and never stopped. All cleaning is done by hand and from ladders. No standing below and sucking out the lumps leaving the sediment behind. Every gutter was thoroughly cleaned and polished. Soffits and barges were also cleaned and down pipes inspected. Minor remedial work was done as a matter of course. I cannot praise this firm enough and their service is outstanding. I am using them again.
