Brian and his team from Diamond Home Support did a fantastic job deep cleaning the whole house including steam cleaning of the carpets after my previous tenants left the house in a really bad state. I gave them the keys to the house and once all the work was complete they locked up and posted the keys through the letterbox. A very trustworthy company and I would definitely recommend them.

Being a student I live in rented accommodation and at the end of every year I have to move. This year my landlord wanted to charge £150 for the property to be professionally cleaned. I looked around and upon emailing Brian at Diamond Home Support, received a phone call asking what needed doing. As a one-off clean of the property, he quoted it at £80, which was a lot cheaper than the estate agents were wanting to charge me. I agreed and he was quick to get back to me about when they could clean the property. I was unfortunately not able to be around when the cleaner would be coming - the keys were picked up from the estate agents and dropped back and in less than 24 hours I had received my entire deposit back from the estate agents. Honestly could not recommend them enough. Brian is professional and courteous on the phone and no request is too much. My estate agents said that the kitchen and appliances, furniture cleaning and general hoovering were the priority and before I was able to ask Brian, he had asked for a list of areas that I would like them to focus on. I am beyond happy with the service that I got from Brian and his team and would use them again!

A very competent, understanding of special needs and hardworking company! Whenever I need to phone, it is answered. When I have queries, they get answered really quickly. I send emails..no surprise, I get a quick reply. My mum loves seeing her cleaner, she has a right laugh! Moreover, the cleaner is proficient, professional and polite. I have to say diamond home support offer a A1 service Brian's attitude towards his cleaning business is client focus we have used other cleaning companies in the past that were cheaper but no where near as good as the quality from diamond. Our cleaner is great thanks Diamond for making our life's so much easier.

We have used Diamond for the last few years for our cleaning at work and home and always had excellent cleaners. Would highly recommend to anyone. Very professional and great service.
