We recently had a full clean (roof, solar panels, gutters, facias, windows, sandstone sills and lintels, painted walls and brickwork) by Crystal Clear Services and our house & garage now look like new. Darren and team were professional and friendly and they worked flat out. Highly recommended.

Darren did an excellent job of clearing out all of the gutters, cleaning the fascias and the conservatory roof and finished off by cleaning the windows. Very thorough, got all the algae off and very pleased with the result. 👍

I used them first to clean all the outside of the conservatory, (in 2016) a lot cheaper than other quotes and did a fantastic job. So well that other neighbours also used them. Since then they clean our windows every month. HOWEVER, after my most recent gutter clean with them I felt that I was severely overcharged with only the visible part of the gutters cleaned not the inside part. I contacted the owner via mobile and left a message with the person who answered, who advised I'd get a call back. I have tried text, email no response. My new window cleaner has quoted half the price paid to clean the gutters inside & out. The reason I didn't get a price first was that they were doing a neighbours house and I asked if mine could be done. Having been a customer for 6 years I did not expect to be ripped off.

I used Darren and team for a roof clean few weeks back. From the contact to finish, they were very professional and did an excellent job. I didn't search around for other quotes as he came recommended. Initially, I thought it is really expensive but I think for the work that they did the rates are reasonable. On the day, they came on time worked whole day to clean the roof, cleared all the mess on the ground and checked with the neighbours too. They came back again the next day to make sure everything is perfect and cleaned all the windows and other areas. An excellent service and highly recommend. I hope with the biocide applied, the roof will stay clean for a while...
