Since starting with the company last year as a steward I have been welcomed into the company with open arms, they are very much like having a second family. The managers are more than just your boss they are friend and family. They work very professionally on every job they do, but at the same time make is fun and leave you looking forward to your next job, I have never met a more friendly, approachable bunch of people and such laid back yet professional managers especially Tom who introduced me to Titan serv and made me feel like I had known them all for a long time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the industry.

I have worked for this company for just under 3 years now and it’s got to be said that the team we have at titan Serv is great and we all work amazingly well together. Everyone at titan Serv gets treated with respect from management and colleagues, we are all a big family. Work gets done professionally and we all have a great relationship with the clients that we work with at festivals and many other jobs. I write to express my thanks to Titan Serv for their excellent service at our recent event. We needed event security as a precaution and although there was no need to diffuse any situations, Ron's team helped us set up and to host guests to their seats. They were well presented, well-mannered and I can't recommend them highly enough.

This company is quite simply exactly what is needed in this industry. There is a reason they are ISO 9001 certified and have a great reputation, if they make a mistake in hiring poor staff, it is 'briefly' as they are 'let go' when found to be 'sub par' As can be seen by several of them leaving a 1 star review, including an ex employee who you can clearly see has left a 3 star only weeks ago and now leaves a 1 star, diffinate conflict of interest when he has started his own company, made up mostly of ex directors of recently compulsory struck off companies lol I am amazed he has time for this, what with running from venue to venue attempting to poach this companies clients. That said, Iv worked with dozens of security companies throughout the EU including the UK over the past 10+ years, and would not hesitate to recommend Titan Serv and Ron.

I would to clarify some things here and put a few things in perspective. Just before May 2016 I was borderline homeless, living on friends sofas with nothing to my name. This all changed towards the end of May 2016. I joined Titan Serv with very low expectations due to my previous experience with other large security companies. However my worries and concerns proved to be completely unessesary. It is now September 2017. I have now got a beautiful 4 bedroom house, I have 2 gorgeous puppies, a nice car, always food in the fridge, heating and a very happy girlfriend (who if she desires, doesn't have to work) Did I also mention the people, sorry not people, family, I have met during my time in TitanServ? I have never met so many generous, kind hearted, thoughtful and funny people in one company. You join TitanServ, you inherit a family. I cannot get over how lucky I am to have become a part of such an amazing group and can never be greatful enough for this company has done for me.

I've worked in the security industry for 10 years working for numerous companies. In that time Ive come to realise not to expect much ,if anything off a security company. How wrong someone can be, Titan Serv Control Ltd treat you as a human and not something scrapped off the bottom of your shoe. The professionalism shown is second to none. I look forward to many many years working for them. Othee security companies should take a leaf out of their book on how to treat their staff and how to run a company

It us like a family even down to newest member of staff nobody is treated differently but I will say they will not tolerate slackers and unprofessional staff, The pay is always punctual and shifts are given out farely I have felt very welcome and would advise anybody new to Security work to join Titan
