We had our wood burner installed a year ago, and this is the first time we've had our flue swept. Tom did a fantastic job, and I would 100% recommend him. He was very thorough, and clean and tidy. He gave us lots of tips and advice to get the best out of the burner. On completion of the clean, he tested the flue with a smoke pellet and left us a certificate which could be given to our home insurers. Tom is extremely polite and friendly, and we will definitely be using him in the future. Thank you Tom!

Really lovely guy and super professional too! He came with all the kit and tools, prepared for anything and was very clean to boot. He also gave us some great tips and advice for better maintenance of our wood burner which we inherited from the previous house owners. Tom provided a professional and friendly service. All aspects of the chimney sweep, stove servicing and maintenance was carried out thoroughly using the a range of tools and brushes etc. There was no mess and all soot was contained in protective coverings. Tom came out today to undertake the necessary sweep of the chimney. I found Tom using a google search and viewed the website, which gave me reassurances that this was a professional service. Tom was totally professional when he was here, spending time to talk about what he was doing, giving recommendations for the upkeep of the wood burner and carried out the work with all of the right kit and made no mess! Tom also carried out some minor maintenance on the glass fittings and re applied more fire cement on the joints of the flue, all in the quoted price!!! An excellent service from Tom's Chimney Sweep Service. Tom swept 2 of our chimneys yesterday; he was very thorough and made recommendations along the way. Tom even made a small repair to one of our wood burners. Nothing was too much trouble. The experience was excellent. Tom was prompt, he even phoned before he arrived.
