We used Bees Knees following a recommendation from a friend. We were preparing our late parents home for sale and after freshening the decoration & clearing of furniture the need for deep cleaning the hard surfaces was clear. Louisa was able to help with a detailed qoutation before starting and flexible enough to minimise the disruption to our regular commitments. We arranged a time that was convenient and was able to provide access to the property without being in attendance using the key safe. When I visited the property 3 days later the house was secure, noticeable much cleaner and even some of the stains that I was doubtful would be removed were gone. We had good communication at all stages which was a great relief for a 1 off arrangement. I would happily recommend Bees Knees for similar jobs.
