The response was unbelievably quick. The cleaner I contacted cancelled at the last minute and I contacted AB Wooley. The manager was with me in about 30 minutes and they moved in with their equipments in about an hour. I was impressed with their compliance with social distancing rules and the fact that they had their mask on all the time. They were friendly, professional, courteous and very good at what they do. The carpets were cleaned to my satisfaction. I could not believe how clean my kitchen and bathroom was when they left. They left no stone unturned. They are very knowledgeable skilled and experienced . The manager patiently answered all my questions during consultation and everything turned out better than he promised I recommend them for their excellent service and time management. Thank you to Abraham and his team for providing a domestic deep clean service at my mum's house whilst she was in hospital recovering from Corona Virus. My brother was at home and found the most part of the service good and thorough. A couple of areas for you to consider to get you to 5 stars for us would be ensure that all furniture is put back in the same place that it was found. Secondly, and this could be because of how quickly you were able to accommodate us (within 24 hours), which we really are grateful for, please do state when payment is to be made in your confirmation emails of the job. Receiving a text, whatsapp message, email and phonecall, one after the other was a bit frustrating as I was in a sensitive business meeting. If you would have explained that payment needed to be made within 10 minutes of completion of the work carried out when I asked then I would have ensured cash was on hand for you. I would of even been happier paying 50% upfront. I do hope you will accept these 2 points in the constructive manner in which they are intended. Thank you

I can highly recommend AB Woolley cleaning. They were approached to clean my fathers property after he suffered some serious medical problems at the start of lock down. He was unable to do much for himself which meant the AB team had a big job on their hands. Communication was great, they came out and quoted the same day and was ready to start quickly. On the day they arrived slightly late due to traffic but updated me, the cleaning was spot on. The property looks brand new again.
