We used Checkout Clean to steam clean our carpets on moving out and then to also do a full deep clean of our house we were moving into. They did a fantastic job and a thorough clean top to bottom - even explaining certain cleaning tips to use moving forward. I would highly recommend this business for all cleaning needs.

Booked an end of tenancy clean with them. They Showed up exactly on time (and did an impressive parallel park job in a huge van on a busy street)! The place was cleaned top to bottom (including steam cleaned carpets, oven, bathrooms, cupboards, etc) and we were very happy with the results! Team was very friendly! I would recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Highly recommend CheckOut Clean!! Having tenants who left a brand new flat in an unacceptable way, Caroline and Tyler reassured me they'll get it back to it's original state... and they did just that!! Great communication and professionalism from my original enquiry, right through until the job was completed - all carried out with positivity and great attention to detail. My flat now looks as good as new, ready for the new tenants to move in. I have used check out clean on two occasions now, most recently today with Caroline and Tyler. Being 8 months pregnant I wanted a high quality service that Took the worry out of moving. Caroline and Tyler were punctual, polite and friendly and to my delight I returned to find the house in a better state than when I took it . Would certainly recommend to anyone moving or just looking for a really deep clean.

The team did a good job with our flat. Even though they'd missed a couple of small things, they were happy to clean them when pointed out. They did an especially amazing job on our glass top hob and the limescale in the toilet. I'd have been even happier if I didn't have to argue over small things like cleaning the windows from the outside, cleaning the bins etc. Overall, they're good value for money and I'd recommend them.

Check out clean did a great job on our 2 bed/bath end of tenancy clean. Our landlady was particularly fussy, so as part of their check out guarantee, Matt’s team came back to improve some remaining carpet stains and did a good job overall. He was very communicative in helping us fix any issues and was able to rearrange schedules to complete both the clean & snagging in time for our final check out inspection. The only real downside was the £25 charge to collect the keys from the estate agents round the corner as we had already left the property, complimentary key collection would have been much appreciated.

I called Checkout Clean giving only 24 hours notice of a 3 bedroom house clean. Thankfully they were able to accommodate me (excellent communications). The house was quite dreadful, the previous owners had dogs and the hair had got everywhere. The house clean included all carpets and an oven clean. The result was fabulous. I would not hesitate in recommending Checkout Clean.

Will recommend to all my friends and definitely contact them again once I need checkout cleaning service. Friendly customer service, professional cleaning staffs, on time and reasonable price. ALSO good results from landlord. The house looks fresh and new after they finished the job. Deserved more than five stars!!!!!

Very impressed with Checkout Clean. Correspondence with Matt in the office was clear and informative in the lead up. On the day Caroline and Tyler were the team who came to clean my 2 bed flat in Basingstoke and did a fantastic job. I would like to give a sincere review about checkout clean. We had called checkout cleaners yesterday 26th June as we were worried about losing the deposit. Mathew and team gave us high confidence even though the house was quite messy , when I returned back in the evening expecting them too be decently good but was surprised with work and was 3 times better than what I was expecting.
