My amazing cleaner is thorough and punctual and always a joy to chat to when I am here at the same time. Lisa is always at the end of the phone if there is anything to discuss, for example, last minute additional cleans, or arranging cover.

We’ve had our amazing regular cleaner for a long time now, but the extra benefit of an agency is we can have a cover cleaner when she is away on holiday or off sick. We’re also able to pause our cleans now that we’re going to be away for a extended period. We had cleaners for several years George but the problem was always the good ones would eventually leave and we’re hard to come by. Being with Menage has solved these problems for us. Best money ever spend!

Her team focused on the bathrooms and the kitchen and the final result exceeded my expectations as there was a lot of work to cover in a day! Lisa also very kindly popped in afterwards to check we were happy which was greatly appreciated and showed me a couple of cleaning hacks I didn't know! I would certainly be keen to work with Menage again! Highly recommend!
