Absolutely thrilled with the work carried out by these guys, I will be using Mark and his team again. We had our old floorboards sanded and professionally finished, after having been covered up by grubby old carpet and disintegrating underlay for decades. After building dust from cutting stone filled a 2million pound house with thick dust. I needed a professional company that I knew would do a amazing job. I didn't realize the house would finish cleaner than it was to start. Mark's effort and professionalism with discharging the agreed cleaning job were both high-quality. A delay around the Winter holiday pushed the job back by some 3 weeks: while unfortunate, this was in fairness inconsequential and communicated clearly and convincingly. Mark has invariably made himself available for contact and would address enquiries within very reasonable time and reason.

The pine floor was sanded and varnished to a high standard. The stains and marks that spoilt it before were sanded out, and the gaps where draughts came through were filled. The room was as clean as a whistle after the guys had left. Nothing was too much trouble, and Mark made an extra visit to add another coat of gloss to the floor. I am extremely pleased with the finished product, the professionalism and the standard of work.

From our chats, it is clear that Excellence Flooring (using Excellence Cleaning also as a Trading name) believes that cleaning is a skill and that as such your operatives need to be trained to understand all aspects of the job and the science involved in achieving the results required. As you know, we have a dog and she often leave unwanted stains and dirt on the carpets. These can be tricky to remove and with the standard wear and tear, our carpets needed an uplift. With this in mind, I took the opportunity to invite you to clean my carpets and I was not disappointed with the results. My carpets look like are freshly laid and my partner thought you had done an excellent job, all of which I took credit for.
