Absolutely outstanding service and clean, by Ross who is friendly, pleasant, professional and unbelievably knowledgeable in what he does. The windows on my building are not the easiest !! original external grade II listed windows, with internal slash windows... 90 drop... 1st floor! A time conscious task to say the least. From start to finish this has been a straightforward transition, The windows are now gleaming clean, all wood work clean too. Very impressed and highly recommended to any commercial business or residential customer. Thank you, and see you again for the monthly external regular cleans.

I needed to do an end of tenancy clean on the windows and conservatory. I spoke to a few companies but Crystal Clean Windows stood out as being engaged, upbeat and positive. Ross turned up on time and was very friendly and personable. After a quick chat we discussed the job and Ross began cleaning the windows and the frames by hand. He clearly takes pride in his work and you could see the attention to detail and the effort he put in. He said he would get the house looking real nice and he did. A spotless and streak free result - crystal clean indeed! We will definitely be seeing Ross again as he was a real pleasure to meet and we are super pleased with how everything looks. Very thorough, professional & highly recommended.
