A pleasure to deal with Hot Box throughout. Hassle-free 'chat' communications - always answered promptly by Michael, easy booking of survey, an earlier-than-expected date given for a two-day install, the team (Chris and Lewis) turned up as promised and with good humour, enthusiasm and evident skill, aided with coffee, created a suitable recess despite some 'builders horrors' unearthed when they removed the old fireplace. The Aspects 5 installed is just what we sought and the completed plastered recess-creation job, now ready for painting, is excellently finished off. Great care re dust suppression/carpet protection taken throughout. Certainly recommended. (Neighbours still talk of the impressive cherry-picker used to fit the flue down the chimney!)

Recently wanted to upgrade a log burner and sought advice from Michael at Hotbox. Decided to go ahead and from the start the whole experience was good. The team arrived on the stated date and were very tidy workers. The result was that we now have a very efficient log burner which is far more economical than the old one. The installers (Chris and Lewis ) were great workers, and kept us informed of what they were doing during the installation .

I can't recommend this company enough!! They have been absolutely fantastic from the moment I got in touch wondering if they could replace my gas fire with a wood burner. It seemed like a fairly daunting task but Hot Box made the entire process completely stress-free. The lads who completed the installation were the best tradesmen I have ever dealt with. They were so clean and tidy with their work throughout the 2 days and managed to leave the house spotless. HotBox Stoves installed a twin walled external flue, into our existing chimney stack (that our builder built wrong to Building Regs as it was not pot lined) and installed a wood burning stove, hearth and register plate and made it look so easy. The communication, knowledge and quality of workmanship is second to none, the team were very prompt, had a clean and tidy work ethic and the completed job is superb. I could not reccomend this company highly enough and would definetly use them again. They were also very competitive with prices and the reason for choosing HotBox over others was down to the high reviews on Google and the very easy online quoting/customer base system made the whole job very simple from my side.

Excellent service! After I had a nightmare (3 month saga) with another retailer with a bricks and mortar store and an online portal, I was a little wary of ordering again online for fear of a repeat of the same issues - but this was a totally different experience! I ordered a Burley Wood burning stove on Friday, on the Tuesday morning I received a call from Hot box (from Jimmy) to arrange the delivery date. On Thursday morning I received several texts to keep me updated of the delivery time - the stove then arrived on time, well packaged and in perfect order. All I can say is, I should have found and used Hot box Stoves in the first place! Best of all, the price was £30 cheaper than the other website which was already a very good price. Recommended.

We have just had a free standing wood burning stove installed by Hot Box and could not be more pleased. From the moment we contacted Hot Box and spoke to Oliver he has gone out of his way to be helpful and accomodating - we were not sure what stove to go for and Oliver gave us an excellent recommendation and installation was then arranged quickly to fit around our needs. We have not had a typical installation as the stove has been installed into a temporary cabin that we are living in but this was no problem and Oliver took plenty of photos on the site visit and the installation was done efficiently and without a hitch. Hot Box have been an excellent company to deal with and we will have no hesitation about using them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a stove.

We received first class service from the start - thanks very much to Tristan and the team. Tristan was very helpful (and patient) as we negotiated the steps to getting listed building consent for our two stoves. Hot Box did what they promised. The actual installation was efficiently carried out by the team and they took great pains to ensure the rest of the house was unaffected. The rooms with the stoves were covered up to keep the inevitable mess of removing old tiles and chimney insets to an absolute minimum. We now have two rooms which are greatly improved by their new stoves and beautiful fire places - with the bonus of repointed chimneys that are not allowing pigeons to drop in. Excellent work and highly recommended.
