I booked an appointment on their website, which was great to navigate and very easy to book. Estimated prices were clearly shown and we were charged the prices we were expecting. Before Ian and Jack came to the property, I was given an estimated time of arrival which was great. Oven was cleaned quickly and efficiently, the oven definitely needed a deep clean and it was definitely given one! This was the first time I have used an oven cleaning service and definitely won't be the last here! Before & after pictures below. (The before shows that it was definitely in need of a clean!)

I booked the Oven Cleaning Doctor to clean my oven, hob and extractor fan and am absolutely delighted with the results. My oven looks like new! What a pleasure to be able to look through the glass and see what's going on without opening the oven door! Ian fixed the broken light and he and his assistant did a great job. They arrived punctually, were extremely pleasant to deal with and tidied up after themselves. All in all I was very impressed by their professionalism and the quality of the clean and it was certainly good value compared to buying a new oven!

Previous oven cleaning service retired so tried this one. Happy with the result and will almost certainly use in future. A year later and contacted them agian. If anything, better than last time. The oven is shining like new, the guys were friendly and even did the hob as an extra which I had forgotten on the original appointment

When I moved into my new home the double oven left a lot to be desired in the cleanliness stakes. I called Ian in rather a panic on Xmas Eve having had a local company let me down on the one day of the year it mattered most! Ian explained he was not working that day. On thinking my oven was having a once over by a professional on Xmas Eve it is fair to say I had neglected it a bit in the run-up and knowing my family was embarking for Xmas dinner the next day was a little stressful! Ian heard my panic, whacked on the heaters in the chemicals in his van and totally came to my rescue*! He worked very neatly, coving my floor with protective coverings, tidying up my sink perfectly and left my oven looking genuinely brand new! All that with a smile on his face, on his ‘day off’ on his Xmas Eve! A total legend!
