Very professional! I used The VIP Cleaning Company to give my entire 2 bedroom apartment a deep clean before I rented it out. It was spotless afterwards and they even left a little pack of sweets which is thought was a lovely finishing touch to their service! It was good value for money and they were very friendly, making the whole process very easy! Would definitely recommend!

Gary and Ben are just fabulous. The nicest friendliest, reliable and most efficient cleaners I’ve ever had the pleasure to have in my house. You can tell they are going to be good on first impressions when they arrive neat and natty in their branded car with all their equipment and a big smile. They clean to a very high standard and somehow make time for lovely finishing touches in their presentation like arranging the kids’ teddies on their beds and even a very cool loo roll stamp! Thank you Ben and Gary for your hard work and congratulations on the business you have built.

Jade has been working with us for the last one month. She's been doing a really good job so far. She leaves every room looking clean and spotless. She brings her own cleaning equipment and products (which smell really good btw) . She seems open to taking on feedback and making adjustments where required.

Ben and Gary offer an exceptional service. They are so warm and friendly, so considerate of my working from home arrangements, and my house always looks like a hotel by the time they've finished! They have moved everything around to help us at difficult times (e.g. to offer to clean our house whilst I was in hospital), and do anything they can to make life easier. Great team and great work! It was marvellous to see several months worth of lock-down and working-from-home mess in my house restored to a civilised home. All done swiftly and expertly, in good spirits. I can surely recommend their work -- and am now looking forward to biweekly visits to keep the 'standards' up... A few months down the line from my previous comments, sadly the time has come for me to say goodbye to Ben & Gary as I have moved to Germany. I will greatly miss two lovely people, two highly professional individuals -- if only it would have been possible to move Ben & Gary along in a box labelled 'treasures'. Just had our first experience of VIP cleaning with a deep clean before we go onto regular cleans. I’ve never used a cleaning service before so was unsure what to expect. Well let’s just say that Gary and Ben have far surpassed any expectations I might have had! I was still at work but had two messages from my daughter and husband exclaiming how amazing the house was looking. Absolutely first class service, the whole house was sparking clean and super tidy. Our house is both large and busy with 5 people, 2 dogs and a cat so would be a challenge to get it looking that good to say the least. They even stayed longer at no extra charge to get everything finished. I was concerned about how they would be about the two dogs but I needn’t have worried they were great with them and even left them treats as well as loverly sweets for us. Thanks and very happy to now be regular clients

Cannot recommend these guys enough, they really go “above and beyond” in their work and professionalism. Outstanding customer service and quality. Carpet cleaning and end-of-tenancy clean completed to perfection, on extremely short notice. I appreciate their integrity when they told me the clean didn’t take as long as anticipated and would be giving me a partial refund. Another example of exceptional customer service is when they offered to drop of the keys at the letting agency 10mins away. Very rare to find such hardworking, reliable and trustworthy people so I would definitely use again and recommend. Would give more stars if I could!

A complete and well deserved five-star rating. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gary and Ben has helped me transform my room into its original state from when I moved in. Deep cleaned the carpet and got rid of all the dust from the windows, skirt board and furnitures. The fridge freezer and oven stove was sparkling clean. They also provided a flee spraying. I was very thankful for them helping me get rid of larger things that I wasn’t able to throw away myself. We kept a consistent flow of communication before during and after the cleaning service, and video clips was sent to me with the state of the room after cleaning as I’ve moved out of the city, which really put my mind at ease. They even helped me drop my keys at my agency’s place as I wasn’t available. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for end of tenancy cleaning service, Gary and Ben are an awesome pair of individuals!

One word to summarise our experience with VIP: stunning! VIP are a really unusual combination of absolutely fab at what they do, and also amazingly responsive and offering ace customer service. This is so rare. Oh, and I forgot to mention: they’re excellent value for money as well. We were using a large national chain to clean our house, and whilst our cleaning ladies were ace, it was over-priced and the company were not as responsive and helpful as they could have been. VIP make such a refreshing change and I cannot recommend highly enough. As a busy family with two full-time jobs and two children under 5, we absolutely need things to run smoothly and with minimal stress. I trust VIP to do this and that is 👌🏻👌🏻

Best cleaning company in York. Very happy with the thorough clean and have already signed up to regular weekly visits. They use their own products and equipment so you don't have to worry about having the right stuff in. Such lovely, friendly trustworthy guys, and to top it off they left lovely gifts to come home to. I'm burning the scented candle right now and have already eaten all my sweets! They even give you your 10th clean for free and offer additional services. I'm pretty sure no other cleaning company in York gives you all of this for such a reasonable price. 5 star all round.
