Brilliant service start to finish. Good competitive price. Attended quickly I had contacted so many plumbers locally a d didn't even get a response to an emergency fix on a botched up job by a previous contractor. Aberdeen heating did everything they could to help me and even having to order parts the job was done 48 hours later. I can't recommend this company high enough and will be using them for all future plumbing and heating needs.

I chose Aberdeen Heating based on their good reviews online. From the initial contact they responded promptly and Andrew came and carried out a survey and provided knowledgeable and helpful guidance to select the system and agree any requirements. Their installation team came on the agreed date and carried out the installation to a very high standard - it is worth noting that the pipework and interface with the existing system was excellent. They were always easy to contact (not always the case with many contractors) and Sandra was my main contact and always provided a prompt and helpful response. I would not hesitate to use Aberdeen Heating for any future work and plan to use them for all service work.

We were delighted with the service we received. We were pro-active replacing our very old boiler before it actually gave up - just before Christmas! Aberdeen Heating gave us a quote & fitted us in, extremely quickly. The Engineers turned up on time, were extremely tidy in their work and kept us up to date with everything going on. Very professional friendly service! From getting in touch with Sandra, Andrew arrived shortly after to carry out a survey. He was very knowledgeable, professional and, gave us good advice on what we actually needed saving us money. Top-class work as usual from a really impressive team - not just for your heating and boiler requirements. They replaced a kitchen, laid a new floor, installed new lighting, re-plastered ceilings - the list goes on. Their latest job was to replace 8 doors in our semi with solid oak ones and it's made a terrific difference. Add on a new loft access, hall lighting and utility cupboards and at the end of every job they tidied up like they were never there! Can't recommend them enough.

Aberdeen Heating replaced an ageing Glowworm Combi Boiler with a Baxi 40kw Combi Condensate Boiler. I was impressed by the quality of boiler and the care that Aberdeen Heating took to ensure the boiler was installed to requisite Baxi standards. We were only without heating for one night and Sandra always undertook to keep us reliably informed of progress of the installation. When one of our installation engineers was taken ill during the installation it was reassuring that Aberdeen Heating has a large team and were readily able to provide alternative manpower.

We got the boiler in out flat replaced a couple of months ago and we're very very happy with the service. They were very quick to come out and give us a quote (within a few business hours of sending an enquiry) and had us booked in the next week. The workers were fantastic and kept me up to date with what was happening. I went to turn the heating on yesterday for the first time since the boiler had been replaced and noticed there was an issue. I emailed Sandra at about 5pm on the Saturday night and she replied very quickly. We emailed back and forward Saturday night and Sunday morning (out of office e hours) and she managed to solve the problem for me. Absolutely fantastic and would definitely recommend.

I am the third person in our family to use Aberdeen Heating, and they didn't disappoint. When two young lads appeared i thought oh no! but I was so wrong. They were polite, very efficient and professional. They changed my boiler to a combi boiler and sorted a couple of challenging issues on the way. They were able to send the initial assessor around immediately and this was followed quickly by a detailed quotation. They were able to arrange the actual installation quickly and flexibly to work around my work commitments. The guys that did the installation arrived at the agreed time and were very friendly and completed the installation over a 2 day period. We are happy with the boiler and the price was competitive and they stuck to the agreed cost so all went well. Aberdeen Heating did a great job on our house renovation, which included a new boiler, changing positions of radiators and installing new wall mounted column radiators. Sandra was very helpful and friendly, and really good at finding the right radiators for the job, which were hard to source due to being an awkward size to fit our bay window. The plumbing team were very professional, competent, hardworking, helpful and friendly. Aberdeen Heating have an in house electrical and plastering team, so any minor issues or amendments they’re able to accommodate for you there and then to keep the job moving forward. A very good service, competitively priced and great availability. A great experience!

I arranged to have a new Combi Boiler and wireless thermostat installed in a ground floor flat in central Aberdeen. From quotation to project completion the service was superb! Due to being an older property with an outdated heating system there were a few stumbling points during the install (No fault of the team). Aberdeen Heating overcame these issues with no complaint or additional cost. The property was left just as it was prior to the job starting and all carpets, floor boards and panelling was replaced to a high standard. This included the removal of all traces of the previous system. A great service and I would highly recommend considering this experienced team for your next heating project.

Very pleased with the service and price. The Aberdeen Heating team replaced my ancient gravity fed hot water system with a brand new pressurised system. The whole process was simple and straightforward from the initial home visit through to completion. What can I say other than we're absolutely delighted with our new boiler! The guys removed the old boiler, water cylinder and water tank leaving no mess or waste. Aberdeen heating replaced our ancient oil boiler with a modern condensing boiler and wifi thermostat control and removed the old hot and cold-water tanks. I'd recommend this company. We experienced: - helpful advice on the choice of installation that contradicted what we were told by other installers; and patient too as we refined and changed our specification. Thankfully Aberdeen Heating were proven to be right. - a no nonsense itemised competitive quotation. - skilful installers who did an excellent job whilst keeping mess and disruption to a minimum. - going the extra mile when I asked for the old loft water tank to be removed even though this required particularly thin workers! - and of course COVID safe working practices. Not only do we now have a more fuel-efficient system, with much more responsive controls but the hot and cold-water pressure is improved without the need for a noisy pump. Andrew and Sandra could not have been more helpful in advising on all aspects of the job. All the tradesmen involved ( gas fiitters, electrician and joiner were highly professional in their work and something I found quite refreshing was they all took a pride in what they were doing. One of the best companies I dealt with in Aberdeen. Had a boiler installed some time ago and after having rented out my house - several pieces of work needed to be done. They respond promptly, are super friendly (especially Andrew and Sandra) and do an OUTSTANDING job. Even after about 5 years, they still know me by name, know the house, know that they have done and rectified the an issue without charging. On the additional works I asked them to do - they are competitively priced (re-sealing and re-grouting - where I had quotes of up to GBP 6,000 - they manage for a FRACTION of that) and are sensible in what they do. Firstly we had a boiler fitted by Aberdeen heating done few years back. Was very impressed from the first call to the very end. On the 9th of March I got in touch again with Sandra,who sent her lovely hubby out few hrs later. This was for my son lee,as his boiler went to heaven. The quote was emailed the same day,I rang Sandra first thing next day and said go ahead please. With no moans or grones,Sandra knew this was urgent and my son needed it done yesterday. She knows men well haha 😆 so as planned only three days after calling for a quote,in one day the boiler was in and up and running. I had one happy son,that’s for sure. There was no mess left what so ever,once again. Couldn’t recommend Sandra and her team high enough. I phoned Aberdeen Heating to ask them to do what many people think is a small job. My 83 year old father was freezing in his house as all his radiatiors needed bled . His heating was on 24/7 and his house was still cold . I don’t live near enough to help him and needed to call someone in to help. I contacted Aberdeen Heating who were horrified at the thought of my father being cold in his house and the very next day they sent someone round to help him. “ The lovely man “ according to my father did his job and within a few hours my father could feel the difference in the warmth in his house . The charge was so small my father could not believe it and desperately tried to pay the guy more which he refused to take. I cannot recommend or thank Aberdeen Heating enough for all their help.

I was and still am amazed at the service I received from Aberdeen Heating. I really don't understand why people are saying negative things about this company and the service they provide. Sadly my boiler broke down and I was in a state of panic (as you do) I was recommended this company and so glad I was. I phoned up and spoke to a lovely very helpful young Lady who quickly organised for someone to come and see me and my poorly broken down boiler. The gentleman who came out quickly assessed the situation and advised what needed to be done. Not only was he very quick at fixing my boiler, he even drank my normally God awful tea- BONUS. I wasn't an insane amount either to pay for everything to be resolved! An exceptional service, low cost and highly recommended.
