My wife and I used Heat Source Solutions to change and replace our oil tank, boiler and water tank. The job took three days to complete, and in that time the two lads (Rory and Ryan) worked extremely hard and went about their business with a minimum of fuss. They arrived on time each morning as promised, which was impressive. Company director Ryan was extremely helpful, from the initial quotes and advice, to offering support and more advice! during the three days instillation. We are both extremely happy with our new heating system and would highly recommend Heat Source Solutions to anyone considering changing their heating system. Hugh and Julia Coulter 19.01.18

I can’t recommend this company enough, my Dad had a boiler fitted a few months ago , a problem with co taminated oil in the tank ( nothing to do with Heat Solutions). We contacted Ryan the director of the company for help and advice, after us changing the oil tank , Ryan sent out an engineer to replace the filters free of charge, the engineer that came out was very helpful and polite. As our single skin oil tank was 20 years old It was time to replace it for a bunded tank. Heat Source Solutions came to our rescue a couple of years ago after being fleeced by another boiler company. They were recommended by the Firebird oil boiler company who were trying to help me sort out the mess of an unscrupulous company who had fitted a Firebird boiler, despite the fact I had a sales agreement and paid for a Worcester Bosch! It hadn’t been commissioned and also on inspection by Heat Source was lacking in several safety devices. In the end because of the whole experience I had gone through I decided to bite the bullet and have another boiler fitted, a Worcester Bosch. This was done with speed and efficiency in spite of it being done outside in atrocious weather! I still sourced quotes for a new oil tank first, but once again it was Heat Source who came back and actually gave me quote. It seems very difficult in this day and age to get anyone interested in doing the smaller jobs! Once again nothing was too much trouble and Scott went over and above in overcoming difficulties that arose. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ryan and his company and having had a lot of workmen come and go over the past 2 years on a total house refurbishment, I can honestly say it’s a rarity and a huge relief to find there are some conscientious firms out there. Ps beware of internet search’s where you enter ‘boiler services’ that then alert companies to quote.... the company who I used first time round even managed to avoid culpability by dissolving their company which meant the court hearing was a waste of time.

Ryan came to our rescue after having a rougue central heating firm fit a boiler and central heating system for us that was unfit for purpose. He came out as soon as we called and promised to help. Scott came out and took away the unfit boiler and replaced it with a Worcester Bosch. He fitted everything and also rectified leaks in the living room radiator, fitted a thermastatic valve on another, the difference in the workmanship from the rogue company was amazing. Cannot speak highly enough of Ryan and his crew. Thank you, we are enjoying having hot water and a boiler that works...what a novelty!!!

Boiler decided to breakdown 1 wk before xmas turned to Heat Source for help guys were great from the point of contact to finish turned up on time really great guys boiler installed and working within a day you would not know they were there have 2 large german shepherds and they worked round them any further plumbing problems they are the first l will call out, first class customer service...
