I had the pleasure of Matthew and his apprentice install a new air conditioning system on my garden office this week. From first call it was apparent that Matthew is a genuine professional, providing me with a competitive quote and answering my many questions. I recently had 2 A/C units installed at my house by Prime Air Services, the work was done to a high standard. I’m very pleased with how discreet and tidy the install was. When I first called up I didn’t know what my options were I just knew where I wanted the units, the engineer was very knowledgable and answered all my questions from which we worked out what my best options were, the communication was excellent from our first phone call to finishing the installation. I will be using them again!
