Contacted Heaney Heating reference an oil to gas heating conversion. From the initial phone call to the finish of the work they could not have been more professional. I would highly recommend this company.

From our first enquiry to the finished project I couldn't fault Heaney Heating . Their communication from the girls in the office is excellent, every email answered and followed up. Paul the owner came to see us and discuss what we wanted done ( oil to gas conversion) We were then emailed quotes, and once happy with that we agreed a date. The guys arrived on the dot of 8 o'clock, were very professional and courteous and were away with job completed at 4 pm after giving us a run through and setting up the app with my phone etc. Paul then called with the us the next day and again inspected everything to ensure we were happy. Highly recommend Heaney Heating .

Where to start - communication was incredible. They answered every query we had and had us at ease from the first meeting with Paul. When it came to the work they arrived around 8am and were done with a full oil to gas conversion by 4pm. That includes removal of boilers, oil tank, water tank and shower installation. Naturally a few things took small minor damage and after reporting this the guys were around the very next day and fixed everything with no hassle at all. We stayed in the living room during maintanence and we only got asked a few questions during the day from the workers. They got on with the job no problem. Can't recommend Heany any more than I've mentioned. Top quality service and just friendly workers. No grunts or sighs - just happy to work away! Love it!

I would highly recommend Heaney heating for your gas installation. They were very helpful in all aspects including arranging finance. We preferred our boiler in the attic and Paul was able to arrange a new attic ladder to suit. The team came on the day promised and completed the same day. Paul gave great advice on a suitable boiler.

The team recently completed a oil to gas changeover installation for us. The guys finished all work within a day and removed all old items from the oil installation including brickwork. Paul also called out later on to check everything went as planned. We did have trouble with the pressure level on our system which was caused by a leak from the oil tank through no fault of theirs. However, this was swiftly taken care of and no extra charges were added. Highly recommend

No issues with oil to gas conversion. Professional and efficient team. Word of caution with regards to subsequent boiler services. No mention of cost or when payment due when booking boiler service. No invoice left for the customer and no service certicate until money paid. Ie no proof of work carried out. Disappointing to say the least.
